MG has officially announce the price of MG U9 in Pakistan. The local arm of MG Motors Pakistan has officially revealed the ex-factory pricing for its latest offering. The MG U9 pickup marking a major milestone in Pakistan’s pickup truck segment. The standard “Explore Pro” variant of the U9 is priced at PKR 22,749,000. While the “Explore Pro + Smart Hatch Option” variant carries a price tag of PKR 23,949,000.
Early bookings had already started, with a non-refundable booking amount of PKR 8,000,000. The remaining amount must be cleared 30 days before delivery confirmation. Note that the announced price is ex-factory. Additional freight, taxes, and registration charges will apply separately. Beyond its premium price tag, the MG U9 promises serious capability and comfort.

MG U9 is a 2.5-liter turbo-diesel engine with power output at 215 hp and torque around 520 Nm. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and full-time 4×4 drivetrain. This make it suitable for both city driving and off-road use. The truck also features a generous towing capacity (approx. 3,500 kg). This strong ground clearance and rugged build positioning it as a serious contender against segment rivals.
On the comfort side, MG has added premium touches on this MG U9. A modern infotainment system, plush interior, and creature comforts typically found in SUVs. This make the MG U9 appealing to buyers who want utility and comfort. With this announcement, MG clearly aims at a more premium and upscale position in the Pakistani pickup market. The MG U9 emerges as a strong but expensive contender for all the other pickup trucks in the market.
