Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all general requirements listed in the Australia Awards Scholarships Policy Handbook. Pakistan-specific conditions also apply. Applicants must have completed 16 years of education and possess at least five years of relevant work experience in Pakistan. The age limit is 45 years at the time of application. Candidates must be Pakistani citizens residing in Pakistan and applying from within the country. Applicants must not hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or apply for permanent migration.
Eligible candidates will select on the basis of academic merit, leadership potential, and commitment to community development. Students from underrepresent and disadvantage areas are especially encouraged to apply.

People with disabilities may apply with an IELTS score of 6.0, provided no band is below 5.0. Selected candidates must later meet the required English score before commencement. Level of Study
Australia Awards scholarships for Pakistan are available for master’s level programs only, with studies scheduled to commence in Australia in 2027.
