Objective of Program
The aim of this program is to provide all the poor people in Pakistan with the convenience of their own homes so that they can also live a comfortable life. With the help of this program, poor families will be supported and they will receive financial assistance from the government.
Loam Amount
You can get loans of up to Rs. 10 million at a concessional markup rate of just five percent for the construction or purchase of your home.
Eligiblity Criteria
Only those people who do not already have a house or flat in their name are eligible for the loan.

Loan applications can be submitted online or at any branch of all commercial and Islamic banks, microfinance banks, and HBFCL across the country.

Genera Requirement for Candidate
A loan of up to Rs 10 million can be obtained on easy installments for the purchase of a plot of up to 10 marla or less and construction of a house on it, or for the purchase of a house of up to 10 marla or less, or for the purchase of an apartment of up to 1500 square feet.
Duration of loan
Return: Fixed mark-up rate of only 5% for the first ten years out of 20 years
