Manager Finance
Job Responsibilities
- Advise on all matters related to budget allocation and expenditure for development and non-development projects
- Formulate and control non-development (current expenditure) budget
- Maintain budget forecasts and financial planning records
- Ensure proper re-allocation of sanctioned budgets into relevant sub-heads as approved by the Ministry
- Monitor expenditure against allocated budgets regularly
- Handle re-appropriation of funds between different budget heads
- Prepare financial reports, returns, and budgetary documentation
- Scrutinize expenditure-related cases and issue necessary financial instructions
- Arrange Letters of Credit (LCs) for import-related contracts
- Analyze challenges in financial budget implementation
- Coordinate with Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan, Finance Division, and CMA (FWO)
- Manage budget allocations for House Building and Conveyance Advances
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / ACCA or equivalent from Higher Education Commission Pakistan recognized university/institute
- Experience: Minimum 15–20 years in a Civil or Military organization
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
