Qualification:
- Bachelor’s (4 years) in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field

Experience:
- Preferably 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience

- Monitor Data Center infrastructure and NMS dashboards
- Perform first-level troubleshooting (Linux, Windows Servers, Networking)
- Execute routine tasks like backup verification and system health checks
