About BISP Digital Wallet 2026
The Benazir Income Support Programme has introduced a Digital Wallet System to make financial assistance more secure, transparent, and convenient for beneficiaries. Women enrolled in the Benazir Kafalat Programme are required to obtain a free mobile SIM and activate their digital wallets to continue receiving future payments.
Important Reminder: All future BISP stipends and payments will be made only through Digital Wallets.
Free Mobile SIM Collection Details
Step 1: Obtain Free Mobile SIM
Women who have not yet received their mobile SIM should visit their nearest BISP office with:
- Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Mobile phone
The SIM will be provided free of cost.
Step 2: Digital Wallet Activation
- Wait for five (05) days after receiving the SIM.
- Visit the nearest retailer or representative of the designated partner bank.
- Complete the Digital Wallet activation process.
Step 3: Receive Payments Through Digital Wallet
After successful activation of the wallet:
- Beneficiaries can withdraw their payments from anywhere in Pakistan.
- Payments can be collected through authorized agents of BISP partner banks according to their convenience.
