Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program Eligibility Criteria June 2025
To apply for the ACAG Loan Scheme in 2025, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Residency Details
The applicant or a family member must be a permanent resident of Punjab, as verified by their CNIC.
Properity Required
The applicant must be the sole owner and possessor of: Up to 5 Marla land in urban areas, or Up to 10 Marla land in rural areas of Punjab,
and must intend to build a house on this land.
Other Requirements
- The applicant must not have any criminal record, especially related to anti-state, anti-social activities, or heinous crimes.
- The applicant must not be a loan defaulter of any bank or financial institution
