This boost reflects the government’s commitment to expanding the program’s outreach and impact.

According to the Multiple Soucrses the increased allocation aims to extend the Benazir Kafalat Program to 10 million families, ensuring greater financial support for low-income households across Pakistan.

,the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif (Educational Stipends) will also be expanded, aiming to benefit around 12 million school-going children, helping families bear the cost of education and reduce dropout rates.

Finance Minister Said About the Previous budget which wast set for bisp he said that

Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), financial assistance in the form of educational stipends was provided to 11.6 million children. Additionally, through the Nashonuma Program, 1.5 million mothers and over 1.6 million children received cash support and nutritional food. To promote financial inclusion, 250,000 beneficiaries were also given financial literacy training during the year highlighting BISP’s holistic approach to poverty reduction and social empowerment.
