PM Laptop Scheme Criteria 2025
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in HEC-recognized public sector institutions on or after the specified admission dates for their respective programs. Only students in regular PhD, MS/MPhil, master’s (1.5 or 2 years), and 4- or 5-year undergraduate programs are eligible—excluding weekend programs. Additionally, students must have at least 70% marks (2.80 CGPA) in the semester system or 60% in the annual system, with percentage conversion based on HEC’s official formula.
