PM Special Initiative for Youth Free Technical Training with Industry Experts 2025 collaborative effort between the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers & Exporters Association (PHMA), a special skills development program has been launched under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP) and in consultation with SIFC.

Objective
This initiative aims to empower Pakistani youth with high-demand technical skills through industry-led training, both at the national and international levels.
Features of Training
- Completely Free Technical Training
- Training Conducted by Experienced Industry Professionals.
Location of Training
3 Cities are include as Venue of Training as Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad.
Monthly Stipend
During Training 10,000 Per Month Scholarship will be given to Candidates .
Certification
After Completion of Training Candidate will be awarded by International Certification
Course Duration
The Govt has set the Training Period as 3 to 6 Months (based on field) .
Required Age Limit
Candidate age limit may 18 to 40 years to become Eligible for this free Courses .

- Textile Merchandising
- Industrial Engineering
- Machine Operation & Maintenance
- Stitching & Knitting
- Wet Processing (Dyeing & Finishing)
Deadline
Eligible candidate must submit the Application form Before Due Dates .last Date of Submission of Application form is 20th June 2025.
Classes Starts
After Completion of Application process Selected candidate will be attend the first class on 25th June 2025
