The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Pakistan’s flagship social protection initiative, has issued an urgent notice to all long-term beneficiaries urging them to complete their mandatory re-survey by June 30, 2025.
According to the official statement, individuals who have been receiving financial aid for three years or more must update their records to continue receiving quarterly installments amounting to PKR 13,500. Failure to comply will result in suspension of payments starting from the April to June cycle.
Beneficiaries are advised to visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office along with the following documents:
- A valid CNIC
- B-Form of children (if applicable)
- The latest electricity bill
BISP emphasized the importance of registering a personal, active mobile number during the survey. The organization also reiterated that all official communication is only sent from the shortcode 8171.
