BS Nursing Scholarships Base Admissions Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Requirements

• Matric Science with 50% Marks
• FSC Pre Medical with 50% Marks

Criteria for Determine Merit

• Merit will be determined based on the marks of F.Sc. (Pre-Medical).
• In case two or more candidates have equal marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical)
• their merit will be determined based on obtained marks in Matric with Science.
• If two or more candidates have equal marks in both F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) and Matric with Science,
• merit will be determined based on seniority of age; the older candidate will be selected.
• If all the above parameters are equal, the case will be decided by the SHC & ME Department.

Gender

Only females are allowed to apply for admission in all Nursing Colleges from Punjab
Except for the CON Government Teaching Hospital, Shahdara, Lahore, which is for males only.

Candidate age Limit

Candidate maximum Age Limit May upto 35 Years.above 35 Old Age Are Not Eligible to Apply in these Admissions.

Residency Criteria

Candidate belong to Punjab Can Apply in these Admissions.

General Instructions

• Admission will be granted strictly on a merit-cum-preference basis as per the eligibility criteria outlined by the Government Policy.
• This system will be accessible starting 13-11-2023
• Applications submitted via mail or directly to the Healthcare & Medical Education Department or PHF will not be considered.
• Before applying, candidates are advised to read the instructions provided on the website carefully.
• Applications submitted afterward will not be entertained.
• Candidates who are selected but fail to join within the allocated period will lose their admission rights.
• Only completed applications with all necessary documentation and the required fee will be processed.

Application Processing Fees

• A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500 must be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Punjab through the Cash Management System (CMS).
  The receipt should then be uploaded via the online portal

Shift of Admissions

• Candidates must indicate preferences for morning and evening shifts separately when applying to the listed Nursing Colleges.

Required Documents

• Candidates should upload all mandatory documents (e.g., CNIC copy, F.Sc. Certificate, Matric Certificate, and Domicile) at the time of application.

Submission of Application Form

• Applicants must register themselves on the official web portal https://pnas2.phf.gop.pk and submit applications online. .Applications will only be accepted via the centralized/online system created by the Punjab Health Foundation (PHF), Lahore.

The deadline for submission of applications is 23:59 PST on 30-12-2025
