Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a permanent resident of Punjab.
- Must own at least 5 male animals (calves/bulls).
- Farmers having 5 to 20 male animals are eligible.
- The applicant’s mobile SIM must be active and registered in his/her own name.
- Must possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- The CNIC must not be expired.
- Applications will be accepted on a First Come, First Served basis.
