Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must belong to a low-income or financially deserving household.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab.
- Widowed women must have their widow status officially updated in the NADRA database.
- Orphan children must possess a valid Child Registration Certificate (B-Form) issued by NADRA.
- The applicant’s mobile phone number must be registered against their CNIC in official records.
- Individuals who are government employees or receiving a government pension are not eligible for the program.
- Beneficiary selection and verification will be conducted through the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) and the relevant government departments.
- Meeting the above criteria does not automatically guarantee selection. Final eligibility is subject to verification and approval by the concerned authorities.
