Punjab Plans to Transfer 76 Commerce Colleges to Public Universities
Under the new rates, cars, motorcycles, buses, trucks, and other vehicles will all be subject to higher toll fees. Officials say the additional revenue will be used to improve road conditions, enhance safety measures, and ensure smoother traffic flow on one of the city’s busiest highways. Authorities also stated that proper signage displaying the new toll charges has been installed at all entry and exit points. The toll increase reflects the Punjab government’s broader plan to upgrade urban infrastructure and manage traffic efficiently on major highways around Lahore.
