Punjab Govt Decide to Give Chromebooks and IT Training to School’s Students Punjab government is giving IT training to school students to make their lives digital۔Apart from this, digital system is being introduced in schools۔Low budget laptops were also provided to the students۔To impart new IT technical training to students, the Punjab School Education Department has collaborated with UK and Canada’s Tech Valley to distribute Chromebooks to 200 schools in Punjab.

The agreement was sponsored by Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat and aims to enhance digital learning and IT skills among students and teachers for a better education system.Apart from distributing laptops and Chromebooks, thousands of students and teachers will also be given IT training at Tech Valley Punjab, supported by Google for Education.Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat said that matric and intermediate students will receive training under this initiative. The aim of this initiative is to improve the educational environment and education of Punjab to provide digital and IT skills to the students and prepare them for the new scientific era coming in the future.
