03 Marla Plot Scheme District Wise Quota in Punjab Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Program, which is a very important program launched by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, under which the Chief Minister of Punjab is giving 03 marla free plots to the homeless people living in Punjab, after which a poor family can build their own house. And the poor family will get the facility of a house for free.
The purpose of starting this scheme is to support the poor people living in Punjab. Such people who have not been able to build their own houses due to inflation till now and do not have the capital, this is a good initiative by the Punjab government for them. All such families should take full advantage of this program.
This program has been launched by the government for the entire Punjab, however, registration is currently open in 19 districts. The details of these districts are as follows.
District Wise Quota
Several districts across Punjab are part of various 3-Marla and Affordable Development Scheme (ADS) housing projects. In Jhelum, Kasur, and Pattoki, the ADS-IV and ADS-I projects offer a combined total of 727 and 3 plots respectively, while Faisalabad has 388 plots under ADS Mamukanjan. Lodhran and Okara feature ADS Lodhran, ADS Renal Khurd II, and ADS Okara with 257 and 218 plots respectively. Layyah, Bhakkar, and Sahiwal include 03-Marla Housing Schemes and ADS-II Bhakkar, with 55, 36 & 16, and 33 plots respectively. Sargodha has the 3-M Sillan Wali project with 25 plots, and Khushab includes the 03-Marla Housing Scheme Jauharabad with 24 plots. In Bahawalnagar, Mandi Bahauddin, and Rajanpur, the ADS projects have 20, 17, and 15 plots respectively. Attock has 11 plots under ADS Hazro, and Gujrat features 8 plots in ADS-I (Extension and Existing). Bahawalpur offers 6 and 1 plots, while Vehari and Jhang have 4 plots each under 03-Marla Vehari and ADS Jhang respectively. Chiniot contributes 2 plots under ADS Chiniot. In total, these housing schemes and development projects collectively offer around 2,000 residential plots aimed at affordable housing development.
