Procurement and Contracts Specialist
Qualification:
- Minimum Master’s degree (16 years education) in:
- Procurement
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Business Administration
- International Development
- Or any related field
Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant procurement experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in ADB, World Bank, or donor-funded programs
- Proven experience in:
- Procurement of large infrastructure projects
- IT systems
- Consulting services
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Punjab PPRA Rules
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle large-scale procurement processes efficiently
