The applicant should own the house that requires repair or construction.
The existing roof should be damaged, unsafe, or leaking due to rain, or the applicant should require an additional room or upper-floor construction.
The applicant must apply through the official Apni Chhat Apna Ghar online portal.
The applicant must be willing to repay the interest-free loan according to the prescribed repayment schedule.
Loans of up to PKR 500,000 are available for roof repair, renovation, or construction of an additional room.
Loans of up to PKR 1,000,000 are available for constructing an upper floor or separate residential portion.
