CM Punjab Approved Apna Ghar Apni Chat ProgramAfter the establishment of the PML-N government in Punjab, the 13th meeting of the provincial cabinet was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.In this meeting, important decisions were taken by the Chief Minister for Punjab۔On this occasion, Maryam Nawaz approved Chief Minister Roshan Gharana program Apna Ghar Apni Chhat.

Under this program, people who do not have their own house in Punjab will be given assistance of Rs 15 lakh to build a house on 5 marla in the city and 10 marla in the villages.This amount will be given in easy installments for building a house. The Chief Minister has said that the installment will not be taken for the first 3 months so that the poor people are not burdened.
Objective of Apna Ghar Apni Chat Program
The purpose of starting this program is that people within Punjab who have not applied for solar system due to lack of their own house, as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, they will be given a house first and later through the solar scheme they will use free electricity at home.

Registration of Program
Soon it will be formally launched within Punjab and applications have been received from people living in PunjabAccording to the instructions of the government, the method of registration will be mentioned in it
