Features of Program Phase 1st
Under the first phase, the Government of Punjab has allocated a significant amount of PKR 9 billion to support this transition. A historic subsidy will be provided for solar systems, including PKR 500,000 for 10 kW systems, PKR 750,000 for 15 kW systems, and PKR 1,000,000 for 20 kW systems.
As part of this initiative, 8,000 agricultural tube wells will be converted to solar energy, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions for farmers across Punjab.
