An Important Initiative by Govt of Punjab The primary objective of the Minority Card initiative is to enhance the socio-economic welfare of minority communities in Punjab by providing targeted financial support and fostering a sense of inclusion and recognition
Eligibility Criteria
- The initiative targets families with a Poverty Management Test (PMT) score of 45 or below
- Priority is given to those whose are poor financial Needs ensuring fair and transparent distribution
Monthly Stipend
- A monthly stipend of PKR 10,500 will be provided to support minority households.
Families Include
The Punjab government will distribute Minority Cards to 50,000 minority families across the province, ensuring targeted economic relief and rights protection.

How to Apply for latest Minority Card Program Scheme?
- Applicants must be residents of Punjab and either belong to religious minorities or qualify for financial assistance under the Kafalat Program.

- The applicant’s Poverty Management Test (PMT) score should be 45 or below, with the score obtainable through NADRA centers or BISP/NSER offices.
