The Aaghosh Program has been designed to provide healthcare support, nutrition awareness, and financial assistance to eligible women, helping them access quality maternal and child healthcare services.
Eligibility Criteria
Women must meet the following conditions to qualify for the program:
- Must possess a valid CNIC.
- Must belong to a poor or vulnerable household.
- Must be a:
- Pregnant woman, or
- Lactating mother, or
- Mother of a child under 2 years of age.

Health & Nutrition (H&N CCT) Program
The Health & Nutrition Conditional Cash Transfer (H&N CCT) component encourages mothers to:
- Attend regular health checkups.
- Complete antenatal care visits.
- Deliver babies at government healthcare facilities.
- Ensure timely child immunization.
- Obtain birth registration for their children.
Registration and verification are conducted through Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) App at public healthcare facilities.

- RHC (Rural Health Center).
- Meet the designated Lady Health Visitor (LHV).
